Talk With Bri is for adults who want genuine human connection without entering a clinical setting or turning the conversation into therapy, coaching, networking, or a performance. You do not need a diagnosis, a goal, or a polished reason to book.

Some people have been helped by therapy. Others have felt misunderstood, pathologized, or simply put off by clinical settings. Talk With Bri does not ask you to enter that framework. It is human connection, not treatment. You do not need a label or diagnosis to book.

Talk With Bri does not record sessions or create, retain, or digitally store session notes, transcripts, personal histories, or summaries of what you share.

Talk With Bri is not appropriate for an emergency or immediate crisis. In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger or call/text 988 for crisis support. Harassment, threats, sexual conduct, abusive behavior, or recording without permission may result in the session ending.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. You may arrive with one idea, twenty connected thoughts, or simply the sense that you need a real conversation.

Is this therapy?

No. Talk With Bri is a paid, scheduled human conversation. Bri does not diagnose, assess, treat, or create a clinical relationship with you.

What if I have had bad experiences with therapy or clinical settings?

You are welcome here. You will not be diagnosed, analyzed, or asked to present yourself as a patient. You also do not need to discuss those past experiences unless you choose to.

Are sessions recorded?

No. Sessions are not recorded or transcribed, and no summary or session notes are created.

What platform will we use?

You can choose an available video or voice-call option during booking. Final access details are sent with your confirmation.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may reschedule once with at least 12 hours’ notice. Missed sessions and cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice are not refundable. If Bri must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
